Modern style freshly renovated but not a new condo complex so keep that in mind, few clothes will be in the home also fridge might have freshly used items(had bad reviews for left and for not), stove is glass top and few guests have used wrong cleaning supplies and left few permanent marks/streaks on it(it’s not dirty what some guests will assume) also it’s a lot of pollen in the air around N.C. this time of year (April, May) so everything is clean just pollen/dust might be around window seals.

The space
Everything but a closet for housekeeping is available for guest.

The units AC/HVAC has freshly been upgraded along with a nest thermostat 11/20/25

DO NOT USE dishwasher it’s for the cleaning crew, I will provide dish detergent and sponge for your stay if need to wash dishes

DO NOT USE the robot vacuum it’s for cleaning crew, there is a handheld vacuum I’m front room closet for guest to use if needed.

Your welcome to use the washer and dryer but heads up items might be in dryer from cleaning crew but should be clean and freshly dry.

This location is Newley renovated, everything in is new from ceiling to the floor, but keep in mind this location was built in 1980’s, this units is on first floor, there are neighbors, and it’s in NC next to wooded areas. With that being said there are rare appearances of human nature(wild life) but I do keep the location maintained (fogged, pear control, thoroughly cleaned after each guest) never have had a pest issue the 40+ years had this property. Just a heads up because previous guests have seen a fly they probably let in and assume it’s dirty location and want full refund.

The living room blinds have been replaced over a dozen times, guests treat them any kind of way so as of right now I can’t afford to keep replacing but looking into a long term solution to help make them more sturdy and have a longer life span than one trip.

The style of this condo is minimalist I keep it like this because in my past history guests can find there way to brake the air lol so it’s not much items to brake and easy to keep everything sparkling clean everything is as pictured (got a bad review for not having a nightstand in one of the rooms but it’s pictured with no nightstand which confused me as to why they thought the room had a nightstand)

PLEASE no cats unless you ask and we come to agreement, everything in this property is NEW

RECENT UPGRADES:
New automatic curtains the remote hangs on wall across from the drapes press one button to open and the opposite button to close.
