Situated only 1’500 Meters of the center of Seminyak is a blend of only 4 clean private studios in a tropical garden.

Your refreshing studio and the huge, covered lounge overlooking a temple and ricefields will capture your heart in no time.

The space

The house was finished in March 2012 and is located in a quiet neigbourhood, about 1.5km away from the beaches of Seminyak, Kuta and Legian (towards Denpasar).

Studio "D" is one of the smaller studios, upstairs. It has direct access to the Lounge and the shared Garden (however it has no private little garden as the studios downstairs).

The house in total has 5 private studios (of which I rent out 3), each with a comfortable queensize bed (160 x 200 cm resp. 63 × 79 inches); own bathroom, TV/Video, AC. Studio C is upstairs and has access to the big, fully equiped, shared kitchen in the lounge.

It is well equipped and perfect for homelike self-sufficient long stay. It is suitable for volunteers, students, trading researcher, surfer, authors or families. The three studios on the ground floor have access to their own little gardens.

At your wish we can add in a second bed (80 x 200 cm) as the studios are large enough. Or one or two can sleep on the big sofa on the lounge (in a nice night that is my favorite spot - even so it is in the shared area of the house).

Guest access

The guest of the house will share the garden and the huge lounge upstair. The lounge is the center of our house - where we prepare food, cook together, play cards or read. The lounge has a big table, a huge sofa to chill out & relax - its own toilette.

A specious private garage is free to use your motorbike, surfboards and car, if any.

Niko is a very nice host takes care of your needs try to make your stay perfect. Studio D is a nice place to relax far from the noisy beach but not too far from lively places if you rent a bike. Would recommend Niko's studios to everyone.

Had an amazing time in Niko's studio, it was clean and classy with Niko and his assistant Ryan always ready to help. I was able to bring friends over and relax in the lounge and use the kitchen to cook some local Indonesian food. I would recommend anyone to give this studio a try, you not only get a nice place to stay but also a very helpful guide who knows bali very well.

Niko is a really nice, smiling, kind and generous host. He took us at the airport, showed us the closest interesting points, gave us a bike for rent with helmet and rain clothes for a very good price, gave us tips and helped us buying medicine and sim card for our stay. He answered every question we had, gave us everything we needed, and even more than we expected ! (like cooking for us, this chicken noodle curry was delicious !) The studio is really nice and confortable, with a pool free to play. John his assistant is adorable and helpful for every need we could have (laundry, cleaning the room, renew drinking water, playing guitar, ...) This was a peaceful and confortable stay for us in Bali. About wifi, we have to say that for basic internet needs like e-mail, surf, (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) and so on, wifi speed is enough. But for us who came to work on internet from there, the 2 mbps were not fast enough and we needed to go to a coworking space to seek high internet speed. However, it was nice to discover another town. Thank you again for everything, greetings to Brutus ;-) Adrien and Aurélie

Niko is a great and super friendly person, and his villa is a comfortable place to stay. I spent 8 weeks there and have no regrets about my choice. Niko also met me at the airport and helped to bootstrap my stay (rented out a bike and helped with sim-card) As many other comments state, you WILL need a bike, but that's so for Bali in general.

I stayed one month at Niko's and had a wonderful time. Niko is such a nice and friendly person, he went above and beyond as a host: met me at the airport, showed me how to get to the beach and where to try local food safely, rented me a bike for a reasonable price, and gave some valuable advice for a first-timer in Bali. He was always available to help during my stay, made fresh juice or lunch for his guests every other day and generally was very hospitable and welcoming. I greatly improved my billiard skills thanks to Niko, too :) The place is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood: there is a banaba patch just outside of it, and the view from the second floor is gorgeous, especially at sunset. However, one would need a bike to reach the touristic area and the beach, the trip would take about 10 minutes. The apartment is comfortable and clean, as it is tidied up on the daily basis. My only minor complain is that the quality of the WiFi signal inside the studio is consistent (it's much better in the lounge, though), but I guess it's the common problem on the island. I definitely recommend Niko's place, especially for a long stay. Terima kasih!

Niko was a wonderful host and always present when needed! He managed the scooter rent for us and even gave us his own one. The rooms are specious with your privacy to yourself when needed. His house is a bit outside the noisy streets and it's very quite and one can relax there . With the scooter your are at the beach , restaurants , supermarkets etc within maximum 10 minutes . Definitely a good stay!
