Swallows View, situated in an elevated position in the town of Matlock offers wonderful accommodation for four people in two bedrooms, plus 2. The open plan living, kitchen and dining area is a great place to chill out with friends and relax over a glass of wine! This third floor apartment occupies an exceptional, south-facing position with breathtaking views towards Riber Castle, overlooking the town of Matlock and the Derwent Valley, situated on the edge of the Peak District.

The space
The plus 2 is if the sofa bed in the open plan living area is used. There is a communal area shared with the other apartments comprising of washing machine, dryer and extra freezer space.
A welcome pack on arrival including Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Milk, Water and Biscuits, in all apartments.
There is a pub on the same road within a 2 min walk and the main town of Matlock is a 10 min walk down the hill.
