The house is exactly 500 meters from Dossen and Billou beaches in Santec. It was renovated with passion by Ninie, a girl from the seaside. She is committed to sharing her love for this little corner of paradise, "Baradozig" in Breton, a place where it is good to walk, enjoy the pleasures of the beach. Le Dossen is renowned for its water activities: surfing, kite surfing, sand yachting, paddle boarding.

The space
On the ground floor, a large kitchen and a large living room are open to the fenced garden with large terrace.
Then a bathroom (shower) and separate toilet. Upstairs, 3 rooms. 1 central room with an extra bed and two large bedrooms (one 160 bed, and two 90 beds). Also available, a folding crib.
