Nearest tube station is Barking (10 mins by bus- zone 4), UBER boat by Thames (10 mins walk) takes you to Central London for under 1hr.

Suitable for anyone, but especially for people who are looking for privacy and good access to Central London

The space
Our studio is located next to our house and has its own entrance so the privacy is a key! The only thing that is shared is our garden. It is new and installed with underfloor heating with its own thermostat, it comes with washing machine, fridge, portable single electrical hob, small mini oven, microwave, kettle, sink and crockery. It has its own en-suite and separate bedroom with small double bed.

It is located in QUIET, leafy, residential area near Barking riverside. The area is very up and coming, there are few off licences, take-aways, beauty salon, coffee shop, grocery shops etc nearby (Coop, Costcutters).
The newest addition to our area is Uber Boat which can take you to several places by boat (Greenwich, Canary Wharf, Central London, etc). You can be in Central London in about 45 mins. Also there is no tube station at present the connection to Barking is very good, bus stop is 3-4 mins walk and the buses are very frequent (2-3 mins), it takes around 10-15 mins to get to the Barking town.
Barking is very well connected for City & Central London. There are several tube lines as well as Overground train. There is A13 which is very close to the studio and also cycle superhighway with direct access to Tower Hill (Central London).

The neighbourhood is very friendly, the whole street is quiet and cozy. For people who expect lots of shops and restaurants this is not the place to be. It is very relaxing area outside of busy London.
