Designed and built by the prominent French architect Savain Coelle, the villa has high vaulted ceilings, cool airy arches, colourful antique furniture and extensive landscaped garden.

A ramp leads down to a lower ground floor with a single bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a guest bathroom.
In the first floor there are three double bedrooms and one single. Two of the doubles have en-suite bathrooms (one with shower and tub, the other with tub only), while the third shares a bathroom with shower with the single bedroom.
The gardens are beautifully tended, with large expanses of perfect lawn, Mediterranean trees and plants and perfumed flowers. The wonderful pool is surrounded by lawn and shady areas.

This is one of the best airbnb properties we've every stayed at! The house is beautiful, as are the gardens and pool. It is a very special place, and a great base to explore from. We are already planning for our next trip. If I could have given six stars I would! Paul was a great host too.

Paul was very welcoming and was waiting for us on arrival and gave us a complete run down on the Villa. The Villa itself is really beautiful and spacious, stocked with everything that was needed including cooking equipment, condiments plus herbs and fruit and veg from the garden. The pictures in the listing really do not capture how lovely the place perfect for our family of six. A brilliant experience.

The photos truly don't do this villa justice.... A unique blend of a family home and THE WOW FACTOR. Stayed 8 nights with 9 members of family ( 1st holiday together). So much charming space inside and out.... Paul was excellent with his correspondence, unlike myself - sorry Paul. He met us on our arrival and talked us through everything we needed to know, he messaged me a couple of times to check we were ok, we were so never needed Paul to come again. The pool was a massive hit with the kids plus a beautiful area to sit and relax. Spoke to all 9 before writing review, no one could fault this experience : Paul or the villa.... 10/10

Paul was a very nice, helpful host and gave us lots of good tips on things to do and restaurants. He was always very prompt in replying my emails prior to our visit and readily available during our stay at the villa. The villa itself is simply wonderful and very peaceful, with a beautiful garden where we enjoyed our meals and had our kids running around playing (Paul also gave us some toys for them). I would recommend Paul and his villa to anyone willing to spend a very relaxing, special holiday!

The villa was absolutely gorgeous, as well as the grounds! We had high expectations based on the pictures and reviews and we were not disappointed. The location was great for visiting the east coast of Sicily. The close town of Trescastagni is so quaint with a grocery store that had everything we needed. There is also a rotisserie which had fantastic chicken and eggplant dishes. We would definitely recommend this property! One note of warning though would be not to rent a large car as the gated entrance to the villa is tight.
