Beautiful, new, bright, eco friendly city center apartment in elevator building with kitchenette (sink, stovetop and mini fridge) and balcony with table and chairs; sleeps 1 -2 persons. A couple minutes walking to lake shore (2 blocks away), old town (5 min), farmers market (7 -10 min), grocery store / pharmacy (downstairs). Incl. basic kitchen supplies, fast WIFI (30mbps).

Please note, kitchenette is for basic use only and not for frying/ cooking large meals.

The space
The apartments are on a very central street (next to city hall), however, away from the noise of nightclubs, etc. The side and back apartments face a garden /park and are very quiet. This is a side facing apt with nice views of a park, an old walnut tree and the mountain Galicica. The apartment and balcony are freshly painted.
