Our home (Vacation rental lic.# VRR-2024-1649)is located near the lake, Alpine Slide, recreational and cultural activities, dining and restaurants, mini mart and village!Snow summit & Bear mountain are less than 15 minutes away & Alpine Slide is 5 min walking distance.

The space
This home is an interesting MULTI LAYERED house. The house is 1280sq ft! There are 3 to 4 stairs leading into every room. The master bedroom has a queen bed with an electric fireplace and indoor tub.

The second bedroom has a full size bed, a private toilet, a skylight, and a balcony. There are two twin beds in the den, which leads to the back patio.

The living room has a big screen TV, great for watching movies. There is WIFI. This home is for solace and quiet, there is a cupboard full of games and books to enjoy. There is also a wood fireplace in living room, electric in master bedroom.Please bring wood if you care to use the fireplace in living room and leave the ashes in the fireplace if used.

The kitchen is fully functional with microwave, stove and oven. Some extra food items in pantry available for your use.

NO smoking.
No shoes on carpets.
NO pets.
NO Parties.

The cabin is for relaxation and solace! A place to unwind and enjoy the quietness.

Finally, please note that there is construction of a new house going on the neighbor lot. Thanks.

Guest access
Guests can use the den with its twin beds and the dining room with its bumper pool. Please note that overnight parking on the street in Big Bear Lake carries a $500 fine per city rules.

Other things to note
** Update: This home is cleaned and disinfected after each stay.

No overnight parking on city streets at ANYTIME!There are 3parking spaces in driveway for guests’ use.

Please note that weather and road conditions change dramatically in mountain areas, so be sure to check the road and weather conditions before visiting. During winter months chains are required for driving up to Big Bear. Always check the local weather and forecasts before visiting.

There is absolutely NO shoes on carpeted areas. Please leave your shoes in coat closet or in mud room on the shoe rack provided. Thanks.
