Wonderful indipendent villa surrounded by greenery. here you can enjoy exclusive comfort and relaxation, just 5 minutes by car from the center of Alghero. You will be surprised to rediscover the well-being of a beach holiday, in a lively tourist town without giving up the tranquility of a welcoming home. The large veranda with BBQ and the wooden roof of the house built close to the cork oak forest will make you feel safe and at the same time in contact with nature.

The space
Come and marvel at how well you can feel on holiday in a cozy house with a fresh, comfortable and large terrace with BBQ. The entrance leads to the living room with the complete kitchen, equipped with dishwasher and all accessories. The large double bedroom with wooden roof will help build memorable memories. The bathroom is complete with shower and washing machine. In the small room there is a bunk bed. Externally we have created a shower and the whole garden is fenced and illuminated.
We also live nearby, we will let you enjoy your privacy and we will be at your disposal for any need.

The country road leading to the Valverde sanctuary is a pilgrimage destination during the spring months. Thanks to the convenience of the nearby services there are many residents, but if you walk up to the sanctuary which is only 2 km away you will see cows, sheep and goats grazing.
it takes only 5 minutes by car to reach all the services of the center of Alghero and the splendid cliff of Calabona. The magnificent beaches of Bombarde, Lazzaretto and Mugoni are not far from the city, while you can also reach the unmissable cave of Neptune by boat.
