Walking distance to Tulane and Loyola Universities. 10-15 minute drive to Superdome, Downtown and French Quarter. Streetcar is a 10 minute walk from the studio. Lush garden with gas grill. This is studio is located in the quiet, family area of Carrollton. No guests under 21. Full kitchen (shared) can be made available with advance request.

Adventurous and curious. Love meeting people from different cultures and visiting new places. I am a native New Yorker but have spent more years in New Orleans than in NY. I love the vibe here, the friendliness of the characters, the architecture, history, the native plants and the many outdoor festivals. I always dreamed of living in a place that had palm trees, hibiscus , bird of paradise and good music. Nailed it!
