The space
We are adding extra cleaning measures. Every yurt will be fogged with 'Viro-Kill Super Concentrate' between guests. This solution complies to BS EN14476, EN1276 & EN13697.
We will be cleaning the toilet and shower block more often, a cleaning schedule will be displayed in each toilet block.
We will contact you a few days before arrival offering you a contact free check in and check out service, this message will also include important details re: health and safety whilst on site, please look out for this message.
NO hand towels will be provided in the toilets as usual to stop cross contamination. The fluffy towels will be replaced with paper towels.
We ask everyone to be courteous to other guests and remain a strict 2m away from everyone who isn't in your party. Please make sure any children in your party also adhere to this.
Check in & out times will change due to extra cleaning measures. check out will now be strictly before 10am and check in will be between 3-8pm
Our campsite 'drying room' will be closed until further notice. So no fridge / freezer or microwave will be available. We will be encouraging our guests to eat out in Llanberis' food outlets or at least use the take away options to support our local businesses who have been severely affected this year!
FYI we will be running at significantly reduced capacity on our campsite this year to maximise social distancing.
Due to enhanced cleaning procedures and various other obvious factors there has been a slight price increase, we hope you understand.

If you are looking to conquer Snowdon - this is the perfect base. We are the closest campsite to the Llanberis Path; a simple half an hour walk will find you a quarter of the way up Snowdon on the Llanberis Path. The ranger path is also accessible from camp. The Miners and Pyg are also easily accessible via the Sherpa bus from Llanberis village (10 minute walk). If Mountains aren't your thing - don't worry, there are ample tourist attractions in the local area such as Zip World, Caernarfon Castle, Bounce Below!
As comfortable and lovely the yurts are - Glamping is STILL technically Camping!
Please be aware, the yurts will not be as warm as indoor accommodation during exceptionally cold nights in the wintery months.
The yurts are perfect for couples, families or generally anyone wanting a countryside escape with (a lot!!) more comfort than our campsite has to offer... Or simply those who are after more of a unique feel than 'standard' accommodation can offer!
Even though the yurts are based on our campsite, the yurts are in a private position and feel completely separate.
Due to this we do not allow camping in the yurt area, nor allow anyone who isn’t on your booking in the yurt, general yurt area or use the glamping facilities. This is a one rule for all.
Our lovely modern toilet block has been fully renovated recently. This is a private toilet block for yurt guests only! (will be shared with our other 3 yurts but NOT with the general campsite)
Showers are FREE.
(for hygiene reasons please bring your own towels and toiletries, toilet roll is provided.)

**DOGS**
Only one dog allowed. Must be house trained. No puppies. Fouling will result in a £50 fine minimum.
Must be kept on a lead and under strict control at all times. We are based near a farm. *it is a legal requirement to keep dogs on a lead when near livestock* we expect your dog to be on a lead at all times, if we ask you to put your dog on a lead - we don’t want to hear how friendly your dog is - please just do so!
(If we continue to see your dog off the lead we will ask you to leave with no right to a refund.) Any sheep/livestock worrying will be reported to and dealt with by the Police.
Dogs are never to be left unattended in the yurt at any time. Even in a crate.
If your dog isn’t fully house trained please don’t bring them. No puppies allowed.
Any fouling will be charged a cleaning fee of £50 minimum and any further damages will be charged for.
Guests bringing a dog will be asked to pay a £20 cleaning fee upon arrival.
By bringing your dog you agree to all of the above conditions.

The yurts are based near a farm so some farm noises are expected especially during some busy periods, lambing and shearing season etc.
