Minutes to the exciting Carolina Treetop challenge. Charlotte is 1 hour. Plenty of parking, gas grille and outdoor table. 20 minutes to Morrow Mountain, Lake Tillery- Badin Lake, Uwharrie recreational area. 8 miles to Dennis vineyards. Washer/dryer. Each guests over one is an additional $15 per day, per person. Pet charge of $10 per day for each pet. Pets must be crated when home alone. Airbnb cannot charge daily pet fee, we will request that after you book.

The space
This 1,000 sq. ft. mill house (central heat and air) has been completely restored including floors, interior hinges, doorknobs, and moldings. Complete new tile bathtub and shower. Please remove shoes and place in the bin at the front or rear doors. Thank you. Check in 3:00 pm, check out 11:00 am

At least 21 years old to book the house. Cozy, peaceful, and relaxing vibe. Smoking is allowed "Only "Outside, never in the house. Well behaved dogs are welcomed with an additional $10 per day, per animal. There is a $15 per day for each guest over one. There is a local "leash" law in effect. Please pick up your animal's waste, for your convenience, there are poop bags in the silverware drawer. Your pet must be crated when in the house alone. Dogs over 60Lbs need pre-approval
