This house is located minutes from I-65 and within walking distance of Smiths Grove's antique district. This newly updated home features a private patio with gas grill, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a fully stocked kitchen, and rec room for entertainment. 2 car garage parking is available for car enthusiast. A covered dog kennel is also available.

The space
Our home is a single family home located in a small quaint town. A railroad track does run behind our house there is a house between us and the tracks as well as trees. The town is great for getting out and taking walks. We are close to the downtown antique shops, dairy dip restaurant, home cooked restaurant called Grammies, Mexican restaurant Cinco De Mayo.

Guests have access to entire home, garage, and yard space. Self check- in available for all guests.

Other things to note
We are very pet friendly allowing pets inside the house and have a kennel out back as well. We would appreciate pets being contained in kennel or on hard surface floors preferably in the game room when you leave the residence. There will be an additional minimum charge of $50.00 if urine if found on any floor.
