Great location
100% of recent guests gave the location a 5-star rating.
The 13'X12' cabin is situated on a 20-acre homestead surrounded by thousands of acres of farmland and forest. The cabin is more immediately surrounded by numerous gardens, orchard, and pastures for sheep and goats, as well as quaint out-buildings original to the farm.

The space
The cabin is well insulated and includes a small wood stove for heat; dry firewood is provided. East and west decks allow for star-gazing at night or reading and game playing by day. An unheated outhouse is 30 feet away. 2 1/2 gallons of fresh drinking water is provided in the cabin. More is available upon request. There are no showering facilities, however, we will provide a basin of warm water upon request. The cabin does have electricity - 2 lights and 4 outlets. We provide an electric hot plate suitable for heating soup, boiling water, etc. There is an outside light on the west deck to help you see your way to the outhouse and your vehicle. Tour of gardens are available by request.
