Nice, comfortable and new secured fully equipped studio with sea view and independent entrance in villa at 2 steps from center and 5 mn local beach by car. Located in a typical neighborhood with local natives. Air-conditioning, functional and well organized with its dining area, fully equipped kitchen where nothing missing and its sleeping area with nice queen bed and large closet. Shower room with warm water, closet completes this real jewel. Garage + access terrrace. A true nice love nest.
