Less than 1 mile from the South West coast path and the famous surfing beach at Bantham, in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, 'Rockpool' sleeps two people in an open plan studio set up. Light and airy accommodation with stunning views across the valley of West Buckland. There is off street parking on a shared drive and the apartment opens onto the shared front garden of the main house.
The space
Rockpool is very handy to the beach and you can leave the car and walk. Rockpool was renovated in 2018 and has a modern bathroom with separate bath and shower. There is a double sofa bed in addition to the king bed, in the same studio space. It has underfloor heating which is powered by an air source heat pump and solar panels. There is also an outside shower and hose for rinsing wetsuits.
Guest access
Rockpool guests have access to the shared garden and parking area. Rockpool is a studio apartment with en suite and guests have their own private access with key safe.
Other things to note
Sometimes there are other guests sharing the drive to park for 'Driftwood' the other apartment, above 'Rockpool' but parking is allocated and signposted. Please let me know if you require extra bedding and linen for the sofa bed as I don't leave this as standard.
