City Occupancy Permit (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN).
There is a strict no drugs or serving liquor to minors policy.
420 Law. Although California has recently passed legislation allowing the personal use of marijuana, the use of any recreational drug is against our HOUSE RULES. San Francisco is trying very hard to close down rental platforms like Airbnb. Observing the use of marijuana on the balconies or in front of the building will call unwanted attention from the neighbors who to this point have not had issues with our City Suite. We want to keep it that way and so if you must use, please find another listing that has more lenient house rules. Thanks for your understanding and compliance.
No shoes inside the house. There is a basket provided for them inside the front door. No smoking in the flat at any time, not even on the patio. If you smoke in front, please be curtious to the neighbors and police your butts.
No pets, please. Quiet time between 10 pm and 7 am.
We request that you restrict overnight visitors to the persons who's names you have provided to us as paid guests.
This flat has been completely remodeled as of April 10, 2014. Please take care of it as much time and money has been put into making a place for you to relax and enjoy like home. If there are issues like non working appliances or other problems, please call us between the hours of 9 am and 9 pm. We will attend to the problems as soon as possible. In case of breakage or spills, just let us know so we can clean or repair while the problems are still minor. We can tell the difference between an accident and vandalism/wild party and will not charge you for things we can correct early so they don't become a big problem later or inconvenience the next guest.
IN CASE OF EMERGENCY GET OUT OF THE BUILDING AND CALL 911. THERE ARE SMOKE AND CO2 DETECTORS AND A FIRE EXTINGUISHER UNDER THE KITCHEN SINK, BUT WE PREFER THAT YOU GET OUT OF THE HOUSE AND CALL 911. LET THE PROFESSIONALS HANDLE THE EMERGENCIES. The fire escape on the back of the house is for emergencies only. Please do not use it for any other reason.
Please leave the flat and contents just like you found it or better. If you use something up, please consider replacing it. If you move furniture, please return it to where it belongs as our housekeeper works by herself.
Dishes and cookware should be thoroughly cleaned before being returned to cabinets and drawers. Perishable foods must be thrown away.
Use the Kleenex facial tissues provided to remove make up. If that is not sufficient, please use the dark grey washcloths provided, not the bath towels.
It would be helpful if you would place dirty towels and robes on the washer so that only dirty linens are washed. Leave beds that need to be changed unmade so the housekeepers know which beds to take care of.
There are basic supplies in the kitchens and baths that you are welcome to use. Please save the containers as we use them to refill from economy size jugs.
IF THERE ARE PROBLEMS, CONCERNS OR IDEAS THAT YOU HAVE TO HELP US IMPROVE OUR PRODUCT AND SERVICE WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU AS SOON AS YOU BECOME AWARE OF THEM. WE DON'T WANT THE FIRST TIME WE HEARD ABOUT IT ON YOUR REVIEW. WE CAN'T ATTEND TO IT IF WE DON'T KNOW ABOUT IT.

San Francisco California USA. Love to travel and meet and talk to people about travel. Retired teacher, travel agent and grandmother to two wonderful boys.
We care very much about the people who come to stay with us. We want them to feel at home and welcome. We try to anticipate their needs and provide some extra treats they were not expecting.
We passionately believe that travel does not have to be expensive to be incredible. The hidden gem of a restaurant or a hiking trail that only the locals know about is what makes travel memorable. We try to give you that information about our City so you too will fall in love with it.
