Charming family house located in the heart of the Lot, quiet and on a plot of 5 hectares, surrounded by wood. If we're lucky, we can see deer, squirrels.

The space
Big family home, typical of the Lot with pigeon house with 4 bedrooms, ideal for large family. The dining room/kitchen contains a large functional fireplace and an old stone sink that is no longer used. Two bedrooms (1 and 2) are accessible on the ground floor. A wooden staircase provides access to a bedroom (4) of the dovecote. Bedroom 3 adjoins the living room. The house is furnished with wooden furniture which gives it a rustic look.
