Beautiful and walkable

Guests say this area is scenic and it’s easy to get around.
My fabulous sunny 1 bedroom apartment is in the heart of Bronte village and has just been completely renovated.

It has sea and district views - and the beach is just there - 5 mins down the hill.

It it is on the top floor of a small quiet block - with a great balcony.

Lovely sea breezes - plus ceiling fans and reverse cycle air conditioning.

***It is not a party pad... very quiet residential building... NO parties please.***

The space
The apartment has been completely renovated with high end fittings.

It is stylishly furnished with the big windows and the fab view as the star attraction.

It is on the top floor of a small three storey block. It is very peaceful but down on the street is everything you will need.

Great cafes, shops and public transport.

It has a lovely balcony and ceiling fans and reverse cycle aircon.

Other things to note
I have excellent fast wifi.

And there is a laundry room with my own brand new washing machine.
