Overlooking Balandra Bay our home is situated in the quiet gated Balandra Beach Resort. This is a safe, spacious, peaceful and attractive house within a five minute drive of Balandra Beach.
The site provides easy access to Matura, Salybia and Rincon Bay, sites ideal for surfing, fishing, hiking, cycling and turtle watching. Limited shopping can be done in nearby Rampalangas.
Full amenities are provided: television, chilled water, microwave, oven, air-condition, stove and fridge-freezer.

The space
This is a two storey family beach home with panoramic views of Balandra Bay on one side and the scenic Northern range Rainforest on the other.
The home is surrounded by gardens with ample space for relaxation and enjoyment. On the ground floor is a separate studio apartment with bedroom and dining areas. On the upper floor are three bedrooms, one covered area with hammocks. and a large open balcony with panoramic views.
