Our detached villa is located in a quiet and green residential area with all comforts, a large forest garden and terraces. Especially suitable for business travellers and culture lovers. All kinds of amenities (supermarket, restaurants, forests and corporations) nearby. All within cycling distance. Parking in front of the door. Near the A58 Tilburg-Eindhoven, 22 km from Eindhoven Airport, 8 km Tilburg Central Station, 6 km to Oisterwijk, nominated most beautiful place in Brabant .

The space
Choice; a spacious room with a double bed or a slightly smaller, cosy room with a bed of 1.40br. All rooms on the 1st floor, with balcony and views of our beautiful forest garden and a desk. A special guest bathroom with bath, shower and toilet next to the room. In the room a kettle and coffee/tea.
If desired, I serve breakfast, in the kitchen or outdoors in the garden. A loan bike for a fee.

Guest access
All our guests have access to our house. The atmosphere is homely and welcoming. The guest bedroom(s) are on the 2nd floor. The bathroom, also on the 2nd floor, is shared with any other Airbnb guests. Our garden with terrace is freely accessible.

During your stay
We have the house in use and an office at home. So we are always around for advice and questions. If it fits, we are open for a chat, cup of coffee and/or a glass of wine.

Other things to note
There is a dog in the house. A sweet sheepdog, who does not come to the rooms on the first floor.
If desired, I can serve a delicious breakfast in our spacious, atmospheric kitchen or on the terrace in the garden. Basically, there is no cooking option. If it fits, you can sit down at the table for a simple evening meal for a small fee.

Since our children live outside the home, we have rooms left and love sharing our house with the business travelers. Our home is located in a green area with lots of forests and fens; Moergestel/Oisterwijk Pearl in the green. My husband and I are welcoming, honest and liberal.
