About this listing
Bright and comfortable double room, ancient parquet in a Liberty style ancient building. We will welcome you in our home with our two kids Filippo and Nicolò. Near to central railway station and few steps from Corso Buenos Aires and tube lines 1 - 2
Our home is near the shopping street Corso Buenos Aires at 6th floor, with elevator. It is located at few steps from two underground lines (1 and 2) and at walking distance from Central railway station. The floor is made of parquet and you will enjoy a good view on Milan roofs. No taxi needed. We have two wonderful and nice kids, Filippo (4) and Nicolò (1), this why we will pay special attention to references.
Guests will have a private double room with TV and a bathroom next to the room. We will offer our guests the breakfast (Italian breakfast: coffe/milk/tea, some cookies and on Sunday crepes); they will have access to the living room and to the kitchen, where they can cook their own food between 12 and 14 pm and between 19-21. No pets, no smoking, and no extra guests.
Interaction with guests
We live in the same home. We will be pleased to know them if they want, or we will leave them with their privacy.
The home is located in a very lively area of the city, shopping streets, museums and any kind of service. You can choose to have a nice walk in the Porta Venezia Park or on the shopping street Corso Buenos Aires. Or you can easily take a public transport to get everywhere in Milan. We warmly suggest to try the old tram n. 1 to go to the very centre of Milan. It takes a bit more than the underground (18 min vs 7 min), but you will enjoy a nice trip.
No matter if you arrive by plane, bus, train or car: we are very close to the Central railway station (5 minutes walk) where all the airport shuttles leave and arrive. The nearest underground stops are Lima (line 1), Loreto (line 1 and 2), Caiazzo (line 2) and Centrale (line 2 and 3). A big free parking is available, except on tuesday and saturday, due to the local market. At few steps distance there is Corso Buenos Aires, a big shopping street.
Guests can use the kitchen for lunch (between 12-14 pm) and for dinner (between 19-21 pm). No smoking, no pets. If our guests back home after 23 pm, please pay attention to noise. Only our guests are allowed in our home. If they wish to invite someone over, we can make an exception, but we must authorize. No unauthorized people is allowed.
