We welcome non-smokers only to our duplex house in an established diverse neighborhood.
Our Paradise in the desert (built in 1959) is centrally located with easy access to freeways, golf, spring training, downtown Phoenix events, car racing, and lots of shopping including fine restaurants in the Phoenix and Scottsdale area. We are less than a 5 minute walk to Phoenix North Mountain Preserve if you enjoy hiking and views of the city.
Our guests will have an off street drive way near the front door for parking. Street parking is also an option.
The large bedroom has hardwood floors, ceiling fan, queen size bed, dresser, closet, cable TV and the bathroom with tub/shower, both with hotel style amenities. Free Wi-fi.
Kitchen, (NO cooktop/stove) includes full sized refrigerator, sink, large counter top oven, microwave oven, electric skillet, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and dish-ware and cutlery.
Enjoy our dining room with view of the mountains and pool.
The balcony off the dining room is a great place to sit with a glass of wine in the evening as the moon rises from behind the mountain.
Flat screen cable LCD TV in the family room.
Donna prefers the sun, the moon and the stars. Jim prefers a good movie.
The pool is available year round although not heated so it might be a "Brisk Swim" in the winter months. Pool access is down the staircase and out the side door. We do not charge a cleaning fee or security deposit and trust that you will leave the house in good order.
We offer information on various points of interest such as the Musical Instrument Museum. You will be impressed.
If you arrive by plane we are about 20 min. drive from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.
We hope to welcome you to our beautiful city whether you need three nights or three weeks. Adult, non-smokers only please. No pets.
Please provide a picture of yourself, not your kitty cat, flowers, favorite car, poem or ex-wife. And tell a little about yourself in your profile like we did.
This will increase your chances of getting accepted from most hosts.
