The historical shingle style home, is affectionately known as the School House. It is located in the quintessential town of Sugar Hill. This house is part of the historic 'Pecketts on Sugar Hill' estate, site of the 'First Ski School in America.'
It features a fully enclosed sun porch for enjoyment all season long. The sun porch makes you feel like you are sitting right in the mountains. The house has a lovely dining area and living room, four bedrooms, two full baths, upscale kitchen and is a tastefully appointed house. The fireplace is tremendous and is wonderful to sit in front of on a cold winter night after a great day of skiing.
Bird watching, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, sledding, hiking, antiquing, museums including the Sugar Hill museum, the Robert Frost homestead and Polly's Pancake Parlor are some of the great things to do in the surrounding areas. It's a wonderful house to relax with family and friends.
