SEVERE DROUGHT! Water levels are low and may limit or prevent use of the lake. Updated 2 bed, 2 full bath single-story home in Clearlake Oaks Keys. Comfortable beds and linens, a king bed in the on-suite, a queen bed in the smaller bedroom. On-demand hot water, High-speed internet, 3 TVs, and a large deck with BBQ & attached floating dock. 2 car driveway, and ample street parking. Popular activities around the lake include casinos, hiking, sightseeing, fishing, boating, and 15 local wineries.

The space
Single story home with a hall separating the bedrooms for more privacy. The living room, kitchen, and dining room are open and facing onto a large furnished deck that has access to the lake via a ramp and floating dock. Large windows to let in light and view the scenery. The expansive deck is one of the best features of the home. It is a great place to enjoy outside activities; fishing, BBQing, reading, lounging, sunbathing, dining, socializing, birdwatching, and wildlife.
