Oak View Lodge is located 5km from the town of Barmera on a vineyard in the Riverland area of the state. The region is located around the River Murray, and a major casual employment region for seasonal workers with wine grapes, horticulture, vegetable production and other industries. With the nearby towns of Berri, Renmark, Loxton and Waikerie, there are many recreational activities, water sports, good shopping, and medical facilities, and a daily bus network to and from Adelaide.

Fully furnished ducted air con house. House located approximately 5 kms from Riverland town of Barmera, South Australia, on a vineyard in quiet surrounds, close to town, in the centre of the main casual labour hire area of the state. Daily transport to Adelaide CBD by bus service. House has 3 bedrooms; 2 x single bedrooms, 1 x QS bedroom. All bedrooms have lots of cupboard/drawer space, lounge room with big screen TV. Bed linen, pillows and quilts and woolen underlays for winter warmth provided, and each bedroom has a small lockable safe to keep passports/documents and small valuables safe. The kitchen is well appointed with electric stove, microwave, cooking appliances such as electric frypan, rice cooker and slow cooker, electric kettle, toaster and all cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils. Free Unlimited Wifi Internet included, TV in dining room, BBQ area with free BBQ provided. Laundry with free washing machine use. 2 garages, and off street parking. The house has 2 split systems for heating; 1 at each end of house, and ducted evaporative cooling for summer. Most main areas of house have smoke detectors, and each bedroom and BBQ area has a fire blanket provided. There is a fire extinguisher and First Aid kit for safety purposes.
