Detached heated self contained studio with one private parking space and sea views. The “Studio Property” stands at a distance from the main Bungalow & guests have their own key to come & go as they please. It has an open plan bedroom & sitting area, off the sitting area is a kitchen & shower room.

The bedroom area has a king size bed with two bedside cabinets, a dressing table & wardrobe.

The sitting area has two arm chairs, a small dining table with two chairs, WIFI, Smart TV, Compact stereo system with CD player & Bluetooth.

Fully fitted kitchen equipped with electric hob, oven, fridge, microwave, sink and small appliances.

Coverack has a small village store selling fresh local products. St Keverne is about two miles away with a larger shop which caters for every day items.
There is a pub and several cafes and restaurants which are all dog friendly. The village also runs events through out the year i.e RNLI Lifeboat Day, Regatta, Carnival, Fire Works Display and the Christmas Charity Swim
