It overlooks the pool and the common garden areas, ideal for families with children.
On the first floor (ground floor) you will find the kitchen, the living room and the terrace.
The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge, toaster, microwave, oven, hob, and cutlery.
The living room is dining room and has access to a beautiful and large terrace, which has a table and several chairs to enjoy the good time outdoors, both day and night.
On the upper floor there are 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed (double) and the other with 2 single beds, and 2 bathrooms.

The complex has 4 swimming pools and a children's pool. It is located on the beach front, has security, private parking, supermarket, restaurants, beach bar and wifi in common areas and is part of one of the quietest complexes in the area with all the facilities they need to spend a nice family vacation.


At the reception of the complex you can find all the tourist information of the area as well as organize excursions, hiking trails, boat trips, transfers to the airport or train station.


The complex has a bus stop with pick up and stop at the resort every 30 minutes to Marbella and Estepona making stops in Puerto Banus.


The beach of the complex is a wide beach, quiet and with shallow areas of sand .... you have to keep in mind that other areas of the same beach can find some stones. Just in front of the main pool you will find sun beds and umbrellas on the beach, which can be rented from the resort bar.


The complex has hair styling and aesthetics, a restaurant called Bistro Enrique, Aztec Restaurant located next to the main pool, Barraca Restaurant located by the sea and a Snack bar called 90 Miles.


The complex also has a supermarket where you will find daily bread, seasonal fruits, souvenirs and national and international newspapers.


Canceled town is located right in front of the Villacana complex, it is a small typical Andalusian village with squares, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, shops and supermarkets such as LIDL, Mercadona or Aldi.

Other things to note
1-) The base price decreases according to the season.

2-) The reservation includes: electricity, up to a consumption of 150kw (if more than 150kw is consumed in the stay, the difference must be paid at the exit); water; sheets; and towels.

2-1) Cleaning and CHECKOUT laundry are included in the reservation, but no weekly cleaning or laundry is included. If needed, they can request it at an extra cost.

3-) The minimum stay is 7 nights in the HIGH season.

4-) The maximum capacity is 4 people.

5-) In all stays, both weekly and monthly, a deposit of €400 must be left on arrival, by credit card on weekly reservations and in cash on the monthly. This deposit will be returned at check out if the apartment has not suffered any damage.

6-) The apartment does not have oil, salt or pepper.

7-) We have a rental service of travel cots and high chairs (for babies). If you need, please consult us and we will give you all the information.
