The building's architecture balances a modern aesthetic of glass and horizontal bands of metal with a rich facade of natural cedar wood. The living areas as combined with the openness of a loft residence with soaring ceilings, voluminous windows and generous patios. The custom interior finishes are an extension of the building's Metal, Wood & Glass facade with a concentration of oak flooring, cabinetry and finish carpentry accented by polished chrome, glass and stainless steel.
A self-contained water filter system gathers 100% of on-site water from rain and landscape areas and is filtered utilizing natural filter materials in planting areas. This water is then sent to a central clarifier to further remove any solids that may have made it through the filter system, which system holds the water for a period of time (20 minutes) as required by the Federal SWPP regulations and then is discharged into the City storm water system. This is one of the select few projects, if not the only project, currently on-line in Los Angeles that fully complies with all regulatory agencies.
All windows comply in excess of Title 24 requirements, are dual-glazed and have enhanced sound ratings of 32 STC.
