Beautiful Victorian terrace in a sought after area of South Yarra next to the Botanical Gardens. Walk through the gardens to Fed Square or head to Chapel Street and the Prahran markets to shop. The house is on a quiet street and very well located to explore all of Melbourne from with excellent transport connections to trams, trains and buses.
And if you love dogs, I have a very friendly border collie to great you - Rosie :)
