Our apartment is on the top floor of a traditional dalmatian stone house in the centre of the old town district of Split (3min walk to Riva). It's a cozy place, perfect for a couple or a young family, with new interior furnishing and fully equipped kitchen.

The space
Our apartment is located centrally in old town Split, within a few minutes walking distance to the main attractions (Diocletian's palace, Peristil, Riva, etc.) and facilities (coffee bars, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, etc).

The place provides a comfortable and spacious home for a couple, but there is also space for a 3rd and 4th person on the couch-bed in the living room, which can be extended to double-size.

The place has been newly renovated providing a place to host a modern life style, while keeping the traditional atmosphere of the old dalmatian stone house.

Hi there, we´re Mladen and Marija, both locals from Split / Croatia. We just renovated our apartment in this old family-owned traditional dalmatian house for you to enjoy. Our insider tip for Split is to experience the heart of the old town where our apartment is located. Just wander around that big maze of hundreds of little side streets and absorb the architecture and atmosphere. You can do this a life long, and still not get enough :) We also offer 2 apartments by the beach Rogoznica (52 km north from Split, 35 km north from Split airport), if you like to spend some quiet and relaxing time out of town - beautiful walks by the sea, with amazing sunrise and sunsets guaranteed.
