This is an elegant, brand new open plan studio of 31 m² (STUDIO 2) located just in front of the beach at the small picturesque Greek village Vivari! The village is just 12km from Nafplio, close to the most wonderful sites of Argolida and Peloponnese! The space
This amazing space with unbeatable view is located at Vivari a picturesque seaside village with untreated natural beauty, just 12km from Nafplio, close to the most wonderful sites of Argolida and Peloponnese!

The studio is located at the first floor of three story building just in front of the beach at the small village Vivari surrounded by the sea, the nature, traditional taverns and small scale residential buildings. About 50m from our property you can find the small mini market of the village which can provide what ever you need. At the ground floor of our building is located the traditional tavern “Mermaid” (in Greek “Gorgona”). Above the restaurant the luxury brand new open plan studio of 31 m² (STUDIO A-2) is ready to make your stay in Greece unforgettable. Well decorated in a minimal but cozy way and well maintained, fully equipped with everything you need to eat, cook, dine and relax. Free high-speed WIFI internet connection, TV and air condition inverter for heating or cooling are included. The studio consists of the sleeping and the kitchen area in an open plan arrangement and one bathroom. In the sleeping –sitting area there is a king sized bed for two people, one stool that turns into a single bed and a desk-boudoir. The fully equipment kitchen area is semi separated from the sleeping area and includes a fridge, hob, boiler for hot water, toaster and all necessary cooking and serving equipment. Next to the kitchen area there is a comfortable wardrobe with some selves in it, all made of the same style creating a utility unit. Between the sleeping and kitchen area there is a permanent dining table suitable for having your meal when outside is not weather permitted. The bathroom has shower with hot water and good water pressure and provides everything you need: shampoo, shower and hand cream, toilet papers, hair dryer and two size towels for each visitor. The studio has southern orientation and its spacious private balcony with the astonishing view to Vivari gulf is equipped with a dining table and armchairs. In the studio you will find a first-aid kit, a fire extinguisher, a mosquito vaporizer machine and a smoke sensor. Next to the property there are free parking areas.

The studio is not suitable for pets, parties or events. Please don't throw papers or other objects in the toilet and don't lose the keys (you will receive a key for the main entrance of the building, a key for the studio and a magnetic card). In the studio has been installed wifi magnetic sensor for the smart control of air conditioner (the air conditioner will switch off when the window is open). The tap-water in Vivari s not drinkable! Please respect the property as your own house and enjoy your stay!
