The space
This beachfront condo is the perfect vacation getaway for up to four people. It is located directly on one of Puerto Rico's most beautiful beaches. This condominium building is centrally located in the heart of the trendy Condado area and is situated between the Marriott and La Concha hotels. Right next door you will find the Marriott Hotel and Resort which boasts a casino, spa, massage sessions, pool and a concierge that can book any kind of island excursion or activity you may be interested in. There are plenty of shopping opportunities and numerous restaurants all within walking distance. You can take a walk or run around the beautiful Condado Lagoon. Popular touring sites such as the Rain Forest and Old San Juan are just a short ride away. The apartment is about a 15-minute taxi ride away from the Luis Munoz Marin Airport.
Our condo is equipped with complimentary and password protected WIFI. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans and utensils. All sheets and towels are provided for your convenience. The bedroom hosts a king sized be for your comfort. For planning purposes our check in time is 4:00 PM and check out time is 11:00 AM. Parking on property is available but must be reserved in advance and there is a $10 per night fee.
The full wall of glass in this spacious eighth floor condo provides you with an ocean view you will never forget. There is also a full sized balcony that will enable to you take in the stunning ocean views more fully.

Guest access
You will have full access to the entire apartment and your space is private. The building and its grounds are all secured. Because of this, it is necessary for me to mail you a set of keys for all areas of the building, elevator and the apartment itself. Guests are responsible for mailing the keys back no later than 14 days after check out.

The Condado area of San Juan is very upscale and there are numerous restaurant, entertainment, bike rental and shopping opportunities all within walking distance. The Marriott hotel next door has a concierge available who can book Day trips and other excursions around the island. The city of Old San Juan is a couple of miles away and bus service is available.
