The space
Remodeled small 225 square feet studio across from the ski lift . Has a small deck with a table and chairs. Peaceful and comfortable for a outdoor couple to enjoy mountain living. Hike the Warm Springs trail. Mountain bike at Adams Gulch. Fly fish the creek 50 feet away.

Shared pool, hot tub and bbq area with a view of Bald Mountain. Underground or street parking.

Other things to note
There is a Dyson air purifier that will be on when you arrive , please be sure to leave it on upon departure.

Neighbourhood highlights

The condo is located steps from Bald Mountain ski lifts. There is fishing on Warm Springs River , open year round . Closes for a few months in the spring. There are bike trails and hiking trails across the street on Bald Mountain. Iconic Apples Bar and Grill and Sturtevant’s Ski shop across the street .World-class skiing, with 3400 vertical feet, is right outside the door.

For summers there is the Warm Springs Trail with hiking and mountain biking; and fly fishing in the warm springs creek and nearby Penny Lake. Golf at Big Wood and Sun Valley courses.

Unit comes with new Dyson HEPA filter and cooling fan. Lots of hard surfaces. Super clean.
