Sunny IV is a "Three" Bedroom Condo on the second floor! In the living room pictured, there is a Queen Size Sofa Bed in the living room that can sleep two adults. The Second bedroom has a "Full Size Bed". The third Bedroom has two Twin Size Cots. The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed that will sleep two adults comfortably! Note: The Master Bedroom is Air Conditioned, all other rooms have floor or cealing fans. Laundry facilities is centrally located with two double washers, and two Dryers at $2 per load.
The Condo has plenty of breeze with a view of the ocean from the Gallery! Drive around the Condo& parking is easy in front on ground level! Convenient Parking!
Please note that we are not located on the Beach! For those who love to exercise it's a 12-15 minute walk into town on the "Boardwalk". On the "Boardwalk" there are Gift Shops, our famous Restaurants and boat tours to "Buck Island". Also charters!
Again please note that the Condo is NOT right on the Ocean, but is only 5-20 minutes away by car to enjoy our fabulous Resorts and beaches! To see all that St Croix has to offer a Car Rental is a must! For those who love to exercise it will take at least 12-15 minutes or sooner to walk into Historic Christiansted for shopping, with Restaurants right on the Waterfront! Umbrella's are provided as our Summer and early Fall Season can be very warm/Hot! So take the umbrella just in case for your comfort and enjoyment! Snorkels, Beach Towels, Beach Chairs, are available as well!
A 32" TV/DVD and Dish Network Satellite Programming. Over 250 Channels plus PBS, Fox, numerous Sports channels, and all three networks.
An updated Free WiFi for Internet access, and a strong 4G signal for your iPhone or Android cell phone! USPS mailing on site.
The Laundromat is centrally located and short walk from the Condo. Two double washers, and two dryers with utility tub. $2 per load. Easy parking close to the Condo!
Air Conditioning is only provided in the Master Bedroom. All other rooms have floor or ceiling fans.
Interaction with guests
Cause I live on site in my own Efficiency I am always available for any questions, problems, or concerns you might have! As a Host it is my responsibility to meet you at the Seaport, or the Airport if asked, and to guide you to the Efficiency. When you arrive I will then provide you with the Electronic Dead Bolt Entry Code, also instructions how to operate the Dish Network Satellite system, lights, stove, etc. Outdoor barbecue is available. Always contact me if ANY problem exist, such as plumbing, elctrical, or anything else that affect your comfort!
Other things to note
We are not located on the beach, however all beaches are only minutes away by car! Cooler, Snorkels, Beach Towels, and beach chairs are provided. A/C is only in the Master Bedroom. Second and Third bedroom has fans. Ceiling fans are in Master Bedroom, kitchen/Dinning, and Living Room. Laundry is centrally located in a separate building with two double washers, and two Dryers. Coin operated at $2 per load.
A rental car is recommended for those booking in our busy season! Or you may need a ride from the Airport to pick up a car later. Just let me know! "Olympic" Car Rental is within walking distance from the Condo, or at the Airport.
Directions from the Airport: Go left out of the gate, take right at the light(Melvin Evens Hwy), head East on Rt70/66 towards Christiansted, past Home Depot on you left, past "Sunny Isle Shopping Plaza", continue straight through the intersection to the next traffic light, go straight on Rt66(Christiansted By-Pass)don't go left at the "Christiansted Sign", go past "Peter's Farm Rd" on left, take the next right and park in the paved parking lot, your there! Call me and I will come and meet you!

On arrival we have "Rules for Neighborly Living" Pamphlet.
We promote a healthy environment for all our guests, and ask them to refrain from smoking in either unit. All four Unit's are: "SMOKE FREE"!
SO PLEASE! SMOKING IN THE EFFICIENCY IS NOT ALLOWED, OR OUT ON THE GALLERY! PLEASE SMOKE AWAY FROM THE BUILDING!
ALSO DEEP FAT FRYING IS NOT ALLOWED DUE TO FIRE DANGER! NO PAPER TOWELS, WIPES, OR FEMININE NAPKINS ARE TO BE FLUSHED DOWN THE TOILET!!
ALSO THE SMOKE DETECTOR IS FOR EVERYONE'S SAFETY! AND SHOULD NEVER BE REMOVED FROM THE CEILING, OR BE DISABLED BY UNPLUGGING IT, OR REMOVAL OF THE BATTERY! ANY PROBLEM WITH ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL, OR PLUMBING SHOULD BE REPORTED TO ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
Any problems should be addressed right away to the Host!! It's the responsibility of the Guest to report a problem, and my responsibility as a Host to remedy the problem!
Hanging of towels, etc. are not allowed from the bars on the Gallery! Also no clothes line to be constructed in such a manner to be seen from the driveway due to Condo Association rules!
Also please turn off all appliances when you leave for the day! This includes: TV, lights, fans,
and Air Conditioner! Electricity is very expensive on island , so please conserve!. Parking is allowed in designated "slots" and is prearranged by the Host on arrival.

About myself.....Mmmm.... well I am a retired Airline Employee and small Investor that arrived on St Croix in 1972 from New England. My interests are hiking, swimming, dancing, natural foods, travel, a good movie, and eating out. My passion is painting(Watercolour)and involved with a group called the "Palleteers".
