Set on a 2,500 sq. m land in the picturesque Amnatos village, Litinas Villa is surrounded by olive groves. The Villa consists of 2 buildings, covering a total of 290 m2, which communicate with each other, both rented together, making it ideal for big families and groups. Litinas Villa can comfortably accommodate 8 people in beds & up to 10 people if necessary.

The beautifully landscaped outdoor area of the villa covers 2,500 m2 and offers a spacious lawn covered terrace by the pool, offering sunset views!

More specifically our outdoor facilities include:
- 60 sq. m private swimming pool with a specially design compartment for kids. The pool has a variable depth of 0,70 cm - 1,50 m.
- The pool area is equipped with an outdoor shower, sun beds, umbrellas and bean bag chairs, for relaxing in the terrace and the garden around the villa.
- Fully equipped charcoal barbecue and dining table for 12 guests offering views to the sea and the surrounding landscape.
- A ping pong table.
- A Playstation 4 console, outdoor playground, trampoline and basket hoop are also available for the children.
- Parking space for 4 cars.
- Fully fenced outdoor area, offering total security to our guests.

**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at €15 per night from April to October and €4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

Litinas Villa offers a full privacy with amazing sea view in its luxury settings a little 10-15 minutes drive to several beautiful beaches or to the old town of Rethymno where are the main shops and restaurants.
It is situated in a private land of 2,500 square meters overlooking the Aegean sea.
The surrounding area is a quiet, natural environment ideal for relaxation but also very close to all kinds of supplies shops, restaurants and various services. You can find many grocery shops in Stavromenos village which is 6 km away but also the closest big living areas where you can find a variety of bakeries, supermarkets, nightlife and restaurants are the well known tourist areas of Platanias and Adelianos Kampos which are 10 min drive away.

Next to the villa is Amnatos village, the last village on the way to the historical Monastery of Arkadi. The village is built on a rocky and high location having superb views across the valley of Rethymno. The village was inhabited by the Venetians and the Turks and testify that the imposing buildings - towers of the village that survived until today. Houses Venetian notables (houses Benezi), glass chimney style Sebastiano Serlio, mansions from the 17th and 18th century, imposing towers (the Sanguinazzo) beautiful and lovely squares dominate and create a frame of a bygone era. Finally, the location enables visitors to explore the archaeological site of ancient Eleftherna and caves of Melidoni and Zoniana which are some of the most famous tourist destinations in central Crete. Due to the location of the village and the terrain in the area, there are many beautiful hiking and biking trails as to the nearby village of Kapsaliana where you can find the Museum of Olive.
