House Rules – Welcome to Eden Brae
We’re so glad you’re considering a stay with us at Eden Brae! Our goal is to offer you a five-star experience in a space that’s peaceful, restorative, and comfortable for everyone. To help us maintain this special place, we ask that you follow a few simple house rules.

🧍 Guest Count & Registration
Please include everyone in your group—including pets (listed separately under the ‘pets’ section)—in your guest count when booking. If that puts you over the occupancy limit, just reach out and we’ll see what we can do.

Only registered guests and pets are allowed on the property unless approved in advance.

Our nightly rate adjusts based on guest count. Bringing extra, unregistered guests may result in additional charges or even cancellation.

You’re responsible for everyone in your group—including anyone you invite to visit.

🎉 Events & Gatherings
We love hosting special occasions—but we do ask that all on-site events with outside guests be approved ahead of time.

Approved gatherings may include extra fees and insurance requirements.

Please check with us before planning anything beyond your booked guest list.

🐾 Traveling with Pets
We’re dog lovers, and Eden Brae is dog-friendly—with a few simple rules:

Dogs only, please (no cats or other animals).

Let us know in advance if you’re bringing a pup.

All dogs must be listed separately under the ‘pets’ section when booking and are subject to a non-refundable pet fee.

Keep dogs leashed outdoors, and please don’t leave them alone for long periods.

Be mindful—no aggressive or noisy pets. We want all our guests (and neighbors!) to feel safe and relaxed.

🚭 No Smoking or Vaping Indoors
For the comfort and health of all guests, smoking and vaping of any kind (including cannabis) is not allowed inside. A $500 smoke remediation fee applies if this policy is broken.

You’re welcome to smoke outside—just please be courteous and clean up.

🌟 Kindness & Respect (The Golden Rule)
We believe in treating others—and our space—the way we’d want to be treated. Please:

Be gentle with furniture and decor.

Keep common areas clean.

Respect our neighbors by keeping noise low, especially between 9pm and 9am.

If your apartment shares walls, remember that sound carries easily—thank you for being mindful.

⏰ Check-In / Check-Out
Want to check in early or stay a little later? Just ask—we’re happy to accommodate when we can!

Early check-in and late check-out must be arranged in advance and may carry a small fee.

Late departures without notice may incur a fee of up to $50/hour.
