Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.
Enjoy your stay in this freshly remodeled 2 bed 2 bath dog friendly house. Kitchen has granite countertops with plenty of space to enjoy friends and family. Bedrooms have king size beds and a queen sofa sleeper in family room. Travertine floors throughout. See what Paso Robles has to offer, wineries, breweries, amphitheater, event center, the lakes and so much more. The house is close to many popular wineries and located perfectly between hwy 101 and I-5 and just 20 minutes from town

The space
Roomie 2 bedroom 2 bath house close to wineries and Sensario, in the country. Both rooms feature king size memory foam mattresses and a sofa sleeper in the family room to comfortably sleep 6. The house has everything you need to feel right at home, Starlink internet, Tesla backup batteries for unexpected power outages, brand new A/C and furnace with Nest thermostat, full kitchen, bathroom, complete linens, TV in the family room and bedrooms to stream, gas BBQ on porch with propane included, outdoor seating and a fire pit (wood onsite for your use) Keurig coffee maker with some K cups provided but bring your favorites if you’d like. The property is 1 acre with other houses around and our home right next door, it's close but we make sure you feel comfortable and are able to enjoy your own space, the house is on its own property and only the backyard is fully fenced at this time. Once you get out here it’s so nice, you should plan an evening to spend at the house, have a BBQ, enjoy some drinks, soak in the beautiful country views and just unwind, you’ll be so glad you did.
**we are in the country so we have wildlife and bugs, as well as unexpected power outages which affect satellite and water but with light use everything functions on the Tesla backup battery for short term outages that happen occasionally.

Guest access
Guests enjoy the whole house to themselves as well as the front yard and fenced backyard. The property is on an acre that is not completely fenced, only the backyard is completely fenced at this time, at the bottom/front of the property we sometimes use the space in between the two properties to pull our vehicles and trailers around and whatever other projects we have going on, it is far from the house and shouldnt bother guests in any way. Paved road to the property with a base driveway.

There is a studio in the garage with its own private entrance that is used by our family. They keep to themselves and won’t bother your stay.

Other things to note
Our evenings are beautiful with tons of stars in the sky year round. The family room and both bedrooms have smart tvs for you to stream, there is no satellite or cable service. The floors get chilly in the winter so bring some slippers, there are rugs on the sides of the beds and in the family room.
