Cozy Rasuna is a modern, spacious (ca. 70sqm) fully equipped 2 bedrooms apartment in Jakarta. You will feel right at home in this apartment. It is located right on the main business districts and diplomatic area of Jakarta (Kuningan) with many restaurants around the area, MMC hospital, cinema XXI at the Epicentrum mall, huge garden/park with swimming pools, tennis court, gym, massage parlor, hair salon, supermarkets and playground. Easy transportation whether by car, bus and/or taxi.

The space
The Rasuna apartment complex is one of the biggests and most convinient locations in Jakarta. Many restaurants, bars/pubs, cafes, malls (with good cinema and karaoke bar), supermarkets, banks, offices and hospital are within walking distance. The garden/park is also one of the biggest in Jakarta.

We also provide free parking lot in the basement.

If you like traditional Indonesian food/snacks you can find them behind the apartment building.

The unit itself is fully equipped. It has fast internet connection (for Jakarta standard at least). There is quite a big selection of books and DVDs that you can read/watch anytime. There are 3 TVs and a DVD player in the whole unit.

The kitchen is also fully equipped to cook almost anything you want. Free hot and cold drinking water; some free snack, tea and coffee upon arrival.

We provide washing machine and semi dryer including washing powder, iron/ironing board and enough space to hang your clothes. If you are too lazy there is a laundry service in the apartment complex.

This apartment is safe with security guards around the clock.

The hosts are easy to talk to and ready to help anytime. We are also flexible with the checking-in/out time as long as you communicate with us in advance.

If you need a maid during your stay, we can provide one who is trustworthy for you. She is usually available up from around 1 pm. Kindly pay the fee directly to her. The usual rate is ca. Rp 75.000 (US$ 5.35) per visit (ca. 4 hours service).

Basically we believe you will feel at home at our cozy apartment and you won't get bored even when you don't go out at all.

When you stay with us you will experience a true metropolitan life style of Jakarta. You will be surrounded by tall, modern buildings, and the hectic dynamic of a South East Asian mega city.

However this apartment complex offers you the calmness and respite from that hectic lifestyle when you go to the huge park/garden where you will see children playing in it; when you cool yourself in the pool; when you get a nice massage next to the pool; dining on the pool side restaurant; hang out in a pub/bar frequented by local and international business expats or when you pamper yourself in the beauty salon. All inside the apartment complex or within walking distance for a relative cheap price.

Or simply cook a nice meal, read books, watch DVD/Youtube in the apartment unit so you need not stress yourself to go out and get stuck in the mad traffic of Jakarta.

(Almost) all daily necessities can be delivered to this unit; from groceries to cigarettes to prepared meal from the pool side restaurant or any fast food restaurant.

In short... it's an oase in the middle of a metropolitan city.
