Response from Mark:
Guest put through a booking request for one person, when he needed two people in the room. Couldn't agree on a price for two people, so we cancelled the booking down. Simple mistake to make, for all future guests reading this, please make sure you read the full description and T&C before putting through a booking request. Thanks Mark

After a really long days walk, Mark welcomed us with food from the restaurant. The room was small and functional. Breakfast was excellent and all the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Amazing views.

Lovely farmhouse b&b that also serves great food. Very friendly family that run the place and countryside walks starting from the front door.

This was my second stay at the Grainary, and again was enjoyable. The surroundings are restful, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. It was a bonus to be staying there when the lambs were around as well. Thank you, Mark and team.

A quiet spot ideal for exploring the local area. We stayed for two nights and found our stay to be very comfortable and ideal location for exploring Whitby and Scarborough. The views from the breakfast room were beautiful.

My wife, two boys and I LOVE to travel the world.
We have stayed in AirBnB properties where ever we go as we think the experience is so much better than just staying in a hotel found on (URL HIDDEN)

We are also Airbnb hosts and actually knew the owner of Crashpadder UK, which was brought out by AIRBNB back in 2010!

For work, I run my own hospitality marketing company. It's a passion of mine and I love helping hotels, guest houses and holiday cottage owners increase their bookings.

My wife is a traveller writer, and focuses her blog on travelling with children.

The boys are Alfie and Charlie. Alfie is our eldest and has the biggest dimples you'll ever see!

Charlie is our baby, he's blonde, blue eyes and a sure fire "Heart breaker", when he's older.

We are the Nicholson Simpson's and look forward to meeting you
