Old Dairy Barn is a luxury barn hideaway for 2-4 people on the edge of the beautiful city of Bath.
The 2 bedroomed accommodation ideally suits a couple wanting a more spacious retreat in Bath, or a family with 2 children.
At the end of a busy day, enjoy a relaxing retreat here. 
Expect the personal touch - a warm greeting, toys for the children, and lots of local tips for your stay.

The space
The newly renovated accommodation comprises open plan living/dining room and kitchen area with beamed ceiling and inglenook fireplace. An original stone staircase leads to the first floor rooms.
The first floor leads directly into a galleried bedroom with a solid oak double bed under the eaves of a magnificent beamed ceiling.
A shared bathroom with shower, toilet and wash hand basin accesses both this and the smaller twin bedroom.
The master bedroom and bathroom are linked to a smaller twin, also with exposed beams and with two antique single beds, The room has been lovingly decorated and is an ideal and safe space for two young children.

Guest access
Arrangements should be made with the owner on the handover of keys on or after 3pm on the day of arrival.

Other things to note
Two well-behaved small/medium dogs can be accommodated free with the owner's permission, please note no puppies under 6 months. Dogs are not allowed onto the first floor. Throws and blankets are provided for the sofa. Dogs must not be left alone on the property. Dog bowls, treats and poo bags provided. A floor cushion, and medium crate on request.
The woodburner can only be used after 7pm and only during October-March.
Stone stairs lead to first floor, toddlers must be supervised with care. A stair gate is provided at the bottom of the stairs.
The 2 bedrooms are adjoining, you have to go through the master bedroom to get to the smaller twin, so ideal for families.

The group of farm buildings that date back to 1604, nestle on the hillside in the picturesque walled village of Bathford, with inspirational views towards Bath. Bathford is a proper village, with a community shop, great pub 'The Crown', school, church etc. There are fantastic walks from the front door to Browns Folly and the cute village of Monkton Farleigh, or along the canal towards Bath and Bradford on Avon.
