Historic and interesting with 10ft ceilings and original hardwood floors, this 700 sq foot uptown 1 bedroom bungalow is directly across from the Museum and the River trail. We are walking distance to all things Downtown. If you are working in town, are up for an active visit or the night life this space is the best spot in the City.

The space
Wake up after a quiet night on crisp linens in a comfy memory foam bed, to the warmth of history and the comfort of modern amenities. After a quick stretch, make yourself a cup of coffee and some avocado toast and make your way out to the massive front porch to watch the city come alive or post yourself in the quiet and comfy sofa to catch up on the morning news or your favorite book. Grab your laptop and make yourself comfortable at the desk or the pub table in the kitchen or your shoes and make your way across the street to the river front to take a walk or a run. You may choose instead walk down to the Pavillion and rent a bicycle for the day.
You have the run of the space, one large bedroom, plenty of storage for your things, a large living room with comfy sleeper sofa, a massive fireplace mantle with a 49” television and the kitchen and dining area surrounded by widows located right next to the family room. The large front porch and the partially fenced back yard also provide great outdoor space right on the property. This cozy historic home is a travelers dream come true.

Guest access
Please enjoy the entire place. You may be sharing the building with another family but you may not know they are there.

Other things to note
Access is through key box so we are very flexible about your arrival time. There is off street parking in the front and easy available street parking on the side of the home.

My husband and I are the parents of 3 adult daughters. We have used Airbnb while traveling with them in the past and have had great experiences. We recently took a short term position in Florida and are enjoying the Sunny South for now. We look forward to many adventures with Airbnb as our source for accommodations.
