L'appartamento si trova in un paesino medievale ben tenuto e tranquillo. Nel paese ci sono tutti i servizi essenziali come alimentari, bar, pizzerie ecc
È piacevole passeggiare nei vicoli ed ammirare il panorama da vari punti.
Il paese si trova a pochi chilometri dal mare.
Il lungomare di porto sant'elpidio è il più lungo della regione Marche, è ideale per passeggiate soprattutto con bambini dato gli innumerevoli parchi giochi di cui è dotato e per praticare sport all'aperto.
Ecco perché consiglio fortemente il soggiorno in questa località.
