Spread yourself out in my 800 sq. ft. unit! My place accommodates up to 4 adult guests, with 1 king-sized bed and a queen pull-out sofa in the living room. Also, this 1 bedroom unit features a full gourmet kitchen, dining and living areas, wine fridge, a washer and dryer, fireplace, flat screen TV's, private balcony, a spa-inspired bathroom, large windows, storage, heated parking, and free wireless internet.

The space
Pool, hot tub, gym and spa are temporarily closed in following Alberta Health guidelines.

Each unit in the resort has its own heating & air conditioning system. This means that you won’t be sharing air with other guests while inside my condo. Once you have your luggage inside, you can take the stairs just across from my unit to access the parkade or to go outside. No need to ever go into a hallway.

My home away from home boasts MOUNTAIN VIEWS from every window. Its position on the 2nd FLOOR, in an enclosed area containing only 1 other condo, ensures a quiet and relaxing stay.

My unit overlooks a walkway, well away from roads and the parkade. The address of the resort is 187 Kananaskis Way.

IMPORTANT: At the time of booking, please register the correct number of guests and let me know if the sofa bed will be required. Due to COVID-19 I’m not keeping extra bedding on site.

Unlike many other holiday rentals in Canmore, I manage & clean my unit myself. Having stayed in a few air bnb’s that are dirty, I know how important a clean & sparkling place is to a guest’s enjoyment and relaxation. I also know that there is really no such thing as professional cleaning. Most cleaners have to look after multiple units in a day and lack the time to do a thorough clean.

Currently, I am now taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations with a bleach disinfectant solution.
1. I use a face mask and disposable gloves when cleaning
2. I make sure that the rooms are properly ventilated before cleaning
3. I use a high temperature wash and dry for all towels and linens.

This condo is my second home and I take pride in it. Artistic touches throughout distinguish this condo. Come and enjoy a unique Rocky Mountain experience!

My unit contains a spa inspired luxury bathroom! Start the day with an invigorating high pressure shower that evokes a rainforest. After an active day in the mountains, soothe your weary bones in the soaker tub. I PROVIDE 2 GUESTS with 4 full SETS of TOWELS.

Guest access
The whole apartment is for guests to enjoy. This includes all of the building amenities such as free secure heated underground parking, swimming pool & hot tub, fitness centre, One Wellness & Spa (extra charges), plus a movie theatre.

Please let me know if you have any questions. The front desk is only for checking in.

Other things to note
Use of annual park pass during stay. Please leave it on the desk when you go or I’ll have to charge you the replacement cost of $136.

When you arrive please check in at the front desk where you will pick up your key cards. A reservation will be made in your name. Please refer any questions to me. The front desk is only for check in.

For breakfast, I provide coffee, herbal/green/black teas and you can also enjoy a hot bowl of oatmeal! Additionally, the cupboard contains olive oil and a selection of spices for cooking.

Quality bedding, towels and cleaning are what you’ll find in my hideaway. The pictures shown are of my listing, not stock Resort photos.

Parking is underground, heated and not assigned. Feel free to park in any open space.

Please remove outdoor footwear when inside my condo.

Please do not bring sports equipment into the condo. I have a locked cage in the underground parking area that you are welcome to use. Just let me know!

My unit at 187 Kananaskis Way is a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute drive from the town centre where there are lots of fantastic eating and drinking options!
Local cabs are about$7 to $10 for most places in Canmore. Cabs to Banff are pricier in the $40-50 range.
A public bus service runs from Canmore to Banff for a cheaper option.
