Where you’ll be

Kilmun, Scotland, United Kingdom

Local attractions include Pucks Glen, Benmore Botanic Gardens and the Kilmun Mausoleum where Saint Munn landed after leaving Ireland in the 6th century, where the Holy Loch name was derived.
Kilmun is a lovely quiet and peaceful village. We love our village, people are friendly and helpful. There is green space opposite the house to walk dogs. Graham's point has a grassed area, wee play area and leads down to a shingle beach. This area is well used and a group of local volunteers help to keep the park clean and tidy.

The next village past Kilmun is Strone which has a post office and a pub. Further on is Blairmore which has a cafe and a charity shop. Ardentinny is a 15 minute drive and boosts a lively beach. The main town of Dunoon is 15 minute drive from KIlmun in the opposite direction. Dunoon has a supermarket and many local shops. There is a leisure centre and the newly refurbished queens hall.
