Beautiful traditional stone-house with an amazing view. The house is very clean with 2 bathrooms, so perfect for a group of 4 people. The 2 terraces are surrounded by vines which were bursting with grapes, it just invites you to relax outside and to a BBQ. And the sunset was magnificient. The house is a little outside of Dubrovnik in a quiet area, but you have Plat (beachbar) and Mlini nearby which are recommanded to visit. And with a car, you are in 10 min in the old town of Dubrovnik.Ivana is the perfect host, as she will welcome you at the house and you can ask her about everything (shops, bus timetables, sightseeing,...). It was just the perfect stay.

A lovely house, perfect for a peaceful stay with an incredible view. Gorgeous outside spaces, BBQ and Terrace perfect for evening meals, enjoyed the fruits and vegetables grown in the garden! Comfortable accommodation with all of the necessities available. Good location in relation to the airport, Dubrovnik, Cavtat and little local beaches, all accessible by car or taxi - beaches by foot.

We just came back from a 2-week holiday in Ivana's house, a traditional stone-built house nicely renovated, clean, with two terraces and a wonderful view over the bay!! There are hardly neighbors, as there are just a few houses around, so the area is very quiet. However, within less than 10 minutes you are in Dubrovnik (beautiful but very crowded) or in Cavtat (smaller, nice, great sunset view), both nice cities, but very different. Around the house there are several small beaches that can be discovered, our favorite one was Soline (within walking distance from the house). All together a very nice holiday that we will remember !!! Many thanks Ivana!

The house is a lovely traditional stone building with 2 lovely patios partly shaded by magnificent vines which at the time of our visit was bursting with grapes, it was stunning. From the table on the lower patio you can see the sea and although you can't see the sun set from the table there is a lovely view of the sun set from the side of the house. Inside the downstairs is all one open plan kitchen and dining and living room. upstairs there is a room with a double bed and a room with two single beds. Top Recommendation: hire a boat from Plat beach (or other places) it was 100 euro for the day or 65 for 5 hours and explore the little islands and beaches that you can't get to on foot. It's cooler and beautiful. The water is a crystal clear blue. we even managed to go and see Dubrovnik old town from the water. Beautiful. Also: ask lots of questions about the busses to and from the city, good restaurants and where the beaches are when you're there as they are quite hidden and tricky to find. Ivana was very help. August was Hot, 30 degrees most of the day, our taxi driver said September and October are a lovely time of year, still warm but not too hot.

Our stay at Ivana's place was absolutely amazing. The place was even better than on the photos, the terraces and the view from them breathtaking. The beach was small and not crowded at all which made it perfect, even with the 115 stairs that led to it. Overall I would definitely come back for a quiet and relaxing vacation
