The space
The villa is at the top of the hill, overlooking the sea and the mountains. It 'a house cool and breezy in a quiet corner between large Mediterranean trees, butterflies and birds of every kind.

The guests could enjoy our rose garden, a kitchen garden with lots of mediterranean scented plants and flowers.

In our little wood ther's a table for the guests and barbeque.

If you are a natur lovers or sea lover or mountains lover you'll find in a short distance wathever you like.

The guest apartment is part of our large house.
It has a private entrance, a large living room with kitchen, sofa and dining table.
Upstairs two bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony with views of sea and mountains.

Air conditioning is available only in the bedrooms.

Other things to note
The garden is sharing with us, our sons, our granddaughter, our dogs and cats.

At your arrive you'll find a welcome box with our local products, especially eggs from our lovely chickens, our red wine.

At the main entrance you'll find some steps and in the house too because the bedrooms are upstairs.

Neighbourhood highlights

Although it is a small village Leivi area covers the entire side of the hill overlooking Chiavari town and its gulf. Its population counts not more than 2000 people and its scattered shape, which maintained peculiar characteristics through the centuries, makes it one of the best preserved examples of typical Ligurian countryside settlement. Strategically positioned close to the coast , only 10 minutes drive from Chiavari town, Leivi is a quiet area which offers beautiful views either on the seaside and the mountains.
Leivi landscape stands out for its olive trees cultivations which give it the popularity of being called "Olive oil village". Every year , in fact, a competition takes place in Leivi for the prize of the best extra vergin olive oil produced along the east coast of Liguria. A traditional festival is also held in honour of this prize, a good opportunity to enjoy music and taste the local cuisine
