It's a short walk from the condo to Eagle Pointe Bar, Bistro or Restaurant. Also, it's only 11 miles to I. U. campus. Nestle up to a good book or watch a movie. The deer, squirrels, and birds are friendly neighbors. Kick off your shoes. You're home!
