Elements Villa is a contemporary retreat designed to feel both expansive and intimate. Spread across three levels, the villa offers space, comfort, and independence for everyone, making it ideal for large families or groups who wish to be together while still enjoying their own privacy. With eight bedrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to sixteen guests.
The space
Bathed in sunlight and open to the breeze, the villa’s spacious, open-plan interiors flow effortlessly throughout the day, drawing you toward the view at every turn. From its hilltop setting, the sea stretches endlessly before you, with the White Mountains, Souda Bay, and the surrounding landscape unfolding in the distance. Despite the sense of seclusion, the nearest beach and local amenities are only a short drive away, offering the perfect balance between privacy and convenience.
As part of our exclusive villa collection, the villa offers premium services, including a dedicated personal concierge, for a truly seamless and effortless holiday experience.
Ground Floor:
-Playroom: Large corner sofa, 65” HDTV, variety of board games, pool table.
-Living & Dining: Round dining table for 8, energy fireplace, direct access to terrace with sea views.
-Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, island counter, two wine coolers (local wines available at extra charge).
Bedrooms (all with COCO-MAT mattresses):
-Bedroom 1: King-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), en-suite bathroom with bathtub and aero massage, 40” TV, terrace access with pergola seating.
-Bedroom 2: King-size bed (convertible to two singles), en-suite bathroom with bathtub, 40” TV, direct lawn access.
-Bedroom 3: King-size bed, 40” HDTV.
Additional Facilities: Full bathroom with stand-up shower, laundry room with washer and dryer.
First Floor
-Living Room: Comfortable sofa, 65” HDTV with Netflix, PlayStation, Bluetooth speakers, energy fireplace, direct access to pool terrace and balcony with outdoor furniture. -Floor-to-ceiling glass doors for sunlight and sea views.
-Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped kitchen with island counter and tall stools, large wooden dining table for 12.
Bedrooms:
-Bedroom 4: King-size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, 40” HDTV, balcony with sea views.
-Bedroom 5: King-size bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and aero massage, 24” TV, balcony with sea views.
-Bedroom 6: Two single beds, 40” TV, direct access to rear entrance.
Additional Facilities: Full bathroom with stand-up shower.
Second Floor

-Bedroom 7: King-size bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub offering aero and hydro massage, 24” HDTV, balcony with sea views.
-Bedroom 8: Super king-size bed (convertible to two singles), 55” HDTV, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Direct access to spacious veranda with:
-6-seater hot tub with aero massage, hydro massage, and chromotherapy jets, shaded lounge area with chaise longues, panoramic views ideal for watching sunsets
Outdoor Area
-Swimming Pool: 110 m² heated pool, 1.65 m deep, shallow section for children, terrace with double daybeds, side tables, parasols, outdoor shower. Pool heating available on request (additional daily charge, min. 1 week notice).
-Lawn Area: Spacious area behind the pool for relaxation and activities.
-BBQ & Dining: Fully equipped shaded charcoal BBQ area and wood-fired oven, outdoor sink and utensils. Large shaded dining area for all guests, 55” HD outdoor TV.
-Ping-pong table.
-Two outdoor WC bathrooms.
-Vegetable Garden: Guests may enjoy fresh, seasonal fruits and vegetables.
**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at €15 per night from April to October and €4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

Furthermore, the following services can be arranged with an additional fee, upon request:
-Daily maid service from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. This includes full daily cleaning of the house, as well as assistance with breakfast and lunch preparation by the villa staff (please note that shopping and ingredient costs are not included).
-Pre-arrival grocery delivery to the villa (grocery costs not included).
