The space
This is a quiet retreat off a gravel road. The gravel road is usually well-maintained as best a gravel road can be maintained. There can be some rough sports after a heavy rain or snowfall. Most folks don't have an issue with since it is a country/rural cottage on a small farm. It is what makes it unique. This is not suburbia.

Larry and I are retired public school educators and have lived and farmed Peavine Hollow Farm since 1990. We converted the cottage on the farm to an AirBnB in 2018. Together with our daughter and her husband, we bought Rumbley Cottage on the Tangier Sound in June of 2019. We live part-time in Washington, DC. We love to travel, read, attend opera and theater and explore new cities, in particular those that have art museums and good food.
